Porteus Consultancy is a small web development agency based in West Yorkshire.
We are now seeking a Client Liaison Assistant to join its growing team to ensure clients are cared for in the best possible way.

Outline of Client Liaison Assistant role

Our Client Liaison Assistant will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients.

Specific tasks

To respond to incoming enquiries from clients by email.
To discuss requirements with clients and advise them in their best interest, seeking assistance from colleagues and superiors when necessary.
To sell the services of Porteus Consultancy accurately and effectively.
Once a project has been ordered by the client prepare the project for the project manager to take over, passing over all the details regarding the client and the project.
To prepare invoices for clients and follow up on these quotations promptly and systematically.
To attend to the requirements of clients with due care, attention, courtesy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
To develop and maintain a good relationship with clients.
To assist other members of staff in their dealings with clients.
To contact clients systematically for feedback on our services.
To contact lapsed clients systematically to maintain the profile of Porteus Consultancy in their organisation.

Requirements

Educated to GCSE level. preferably involving English.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, Email, typing).
Excellent organisational skills, and be friendly, level-headed, self-motivated, independent, trustworthy, ambitious, committed and a very strong team player.
Ability to work from home.

Salary and conditions

Salary: £6.50p/h
Part time job, the working hours will vary with business needs but will likely be around 10hrs a week.
